I had a small issue with my booking and reached out to support. I don’t know if this is always the case for everyone, but they got back to me quickly, explained what went wrong, and fixed it without making me go in circles. it made the whole situation a lot less annoying than I expected

"Super easy movie night"
Went to Landmark last weekend it was kind of great how effortless everything was. There was plenty of parking right out front, so we didn’t have to circle around forever looking for a spot. The location is really convenient too, with food and shops nearby, so we grabbed a bite before the movie. It just made the whole night feel easy and way less like a hassle.

"Surprisingly Great Movie Snacks!"
I went to Landmark Cinemas last weekend the food was way better than I was expecting. The popcorn was fresh, had just the right amount of butter, and wasn’t dry at all like it can be at some theatres. My drink was nice and cold, filled properly, and the nachos were actually tasty too. Sure, it’s still movie theatre pricing, but everything came out fast and the quality was solid. I’d definitely go back again!

"Fast line, zero drama"
The snack line moved way quicker than I expected. It kind of felt like they knew people were trying to get seated before the show and actually wanted to keep things moving, which I appreciated. We grabbed our stuff fast, got to our seats with time to spare, and didn’t feel rushed or stressed at all.

I used the self-serve kiosk for my tickets and, it worked fine this time. I’ve always felt like these kiosks are usually reliable when they’re set up right, and this kind of confirmed that for me. It didn’t freeze or act weird, and the whole process was smooth. The only thing was the printing took a little longer than I’d like, but otherwise no complaints.

"Accessibility info was there… just took a bit"
I went on landmarkcinemas.com to book tickets, and the accessibility info was there, though I did have to poke around a little to find what I needed. The wheelchair seating showed up clearly, which was helpful. I just wish the captions and assistive device details were easier to see before getting to checkout… would’ve saved some guessing. Overall, not bad, just a bit clunky…

"Great picture, no waiting around for issues"
I watched a movie here and, the screen looked really sharp the whole time. The colors were nice, the projection stayed clear, and I didn’t have to sit there getting annoyed by blurry scenes or random dim spots. It just worked the way it should.

The staff were friendly, no complaints there. Smiled, answered questions, seemed nice enough. It just took a while. Like, longer than I expected. Not terrible or anything, just kind of slow overall.

I was kind of suspicious it was going to be a mess when I saw the crowd, but the staff kept the lines moving well. A few loud groups started acting up, and they were handled fast. Ended up feeling way more relaxed inside than I expected

"Nice theater, pricey snacks"
I had a good time here overall. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the movie started right on time, which I always appreciate. I went on a random Tuesday night after dinner, and it wasn’t too crowded. My only real complaint is the concession prices. Popcorn and drinks add up way faster than you expect, especially if you’re grabbing stuff for more than one person. Still, it’s a decent spot for a movie night, just maybe eat beforehand unless you’re okay spending extra on snacks

"Auditorium temperature was just right"
I went to Landmark Cinemas last weekend and, uh, the auditorium temperature was spot on.
It wasn’t freezing like some theatres can be, but it also wasn’t too warm. I kept my hoodie on and felt totally comfortable the whole time.
It made sitting through the movie a lot nicer. It’s a small thing, but when you’re in there for around two hours, it really does make a difference

I was expecting the usual overpriced movie tickets, but the prices here were reasonable compared to other cinemas near me. Booking was simple, and I didn’t leave feeling like I’d paid too much. I’d definitely come back again based on the price

"Loyalty program is actually handy"
I go to Landmark fairly often, the loyalty program has been worth it for me. The points add up quicker than I thought they would! I’ve already used them on tickets and snacks, which is a nice little bonus. It’s not perfect, but if you’re someone who watches movies a lot, it’s definitely useful... and it’s easy to use too

"Always Something Good to Watch"
I pretty much always find something I want to watch here, whether it’s a big new release or some smaller movie I hadn’t heard of before. The selection is better than I expected most weekends. I kind of feel like they must be adding new stuff more often than they say, because there’s usually something fresh when I check.

"Seats really need an upgrade"
Went to Landmark last weekend and I hate to say it, but the seats kind of ruined the whole thing for me. The theatre itself was totally fine, and the movie was decent, though I did spend way too much time wondering if I remembered to move my laundry to the dryer before I left. But yeah, the seats felt old and stiff, and there wasn’t much leg room either. About an hour in, my back started hurting and I was basically just waiting for the movie to wrap up. Not the worst experience ever, but they really need to update those seats...
